Card on File: A valid card is required to book. It will only be charged if a deposit is required or in accordance with the policies below.

Deposits: Deposits are required for certain appointments and go toward your total.

Grace Period: There’s a 10-minute grace period at the start of your appointment. Arrivals beyond that will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show will result in a 50% charge of the service total.

Guests: To maintain a calm, safe space, please come alone. Extra guests aren’t permitted in the treatment room.
