Deposits: Deposits are not currently required to book appointments, though this may change in the future.

Grace Period: There’s a 10 minute grace period at the start of your appointment. Arrivals beyond that will be considered a no-show and an invoice will be sent. This invoice must be paid before booking another appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows:

Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will result be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. An invoice will be sent and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

Guests: Guests are welcome to accompany you to the salon, but are not permitted in the treatment room. There is a designated salon hangout available for guests during your appointment.
