Deposits are not currently required to book appointments, though this may change in the future.

Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. An invoice will be sent and must be paid before booking any future appointments.

There’s a 5 minute grace period at the start of your appointment. Arrivals beyond that will be considered a no-show and an invoice will be sent. This invoice must be paid before booking another appointment.

Parking is available in the surrounding area of the studio, as well as at the parking structure on Citrus Ave. & Fifth St. Please allow extra time to find parking and arrive on time for your appointment, as parking in Downtown Redlands can occasionally be limited.

Guests are welcome to accompany you to the salon but are not permitted in the treatment room. A designated salon hangout area is available to guests during your appointment.
